Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for food items, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Be reported as damaged, defective, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at satisfaction@objerky.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 16 Mill Hall Business Estate, Mill Hall, Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7JZ.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective or damaged, or

you receive the wrong item.
We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges for food products.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a replacement or refund once your case is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
