Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or temporary stock delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
All orders are sent from our UK warehouse.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location.
Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly displayed on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we can re-ship it once additional postage is paid.
6. Shipping Restrictions

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your items are damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at satisfaction@objerky.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will send a replacement free of charge.
8. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you once the order is delivered to your address (or to an authorised person at that address).
9. International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or local taxes applicable in their country.
